On difficulty level, there are about four options to choose from. Each have their abilities and having them benefits the player. PewDiePie recruits his friends as well into the game, however each character has to be unlocked except a few.
At each level, there’s always something new added to it, such as jumping rhinos or jumping on moving cars, or levels where you have a set amount of time avoiding enemies until help arrives. There are multiple levels and they are challenging. On the left side of the screen is your virtual joystick to manoeuvre while on the right side of the screen, it’s your jump button. To play on mobile, there are control functions.

In order to unlock everything in the shop, you need to collect coins in order to proceed. This helps avoid the game feeling repetitive, and keeps you on your toes. In one you may have to jump from car to car, while in another it may be a side-scrolling shooter set up. To make things more fun, the game avoids being repetitive by adding something new each level. The levels are just challenging enough to be fun, and perhaps a little frustrating, without being so difficult you want to quit. In a throwback to retro games of the past, it may take you dozens of tries to survive all the way to the end and finish that level. While it’s true that each level takes about 5 minutes to finish, that’s if you can reach the ending alive. Your goal in the game is to collect coins you can use in the game’s shop. These references and more are seen as you defeat 5 minute or so long levels in an action platformer setting similar to Sword of Xolan in art and style. These haters show up in the game as angry barrels crying for your blood. PewDiePie for example, have as many people who hate him as he does those who love him-and he’s got a lot of people who love him. These are, of course, morphed into less literal versions. In the game, you are playing PewDiePie himself, and as such face many of the problems he confronts commonly on his channel.
